Stingrays!!

Less than 24 hours to the kickoff of the 2025 season!  We are hosting Oak Hills Swim club.  They are bringing about 40 swimmers so it will be a smaller meet.  

Our warm ups begin at 5:00PM.  Please have your swimmer there by 4:45 ready to go.  The meet will begin at 6PM.  Once I have the heat sheet it will be shared.

We will have burgers, hot dogs, bratts and metts for sale as well as chips, drinks, desserts, etc.  Please plan to have dinner at the meet as it supports our team.  We are CASH ONLY.  We are still looking for volunteers for concessions.

8 and under swimmers.  Please put their name in sharpie on their shoulder blade.  It makes it easier to lining them up.  Parents you are responsible to get the 8 and under swimmers to the staging area {basketball court}.  The volunteers cannot be tracking down swimmers.  

Swimmers should report to their coaches before and after their races.  

We tried to pull as many times from our old system to our new system.  It is our first meet and relays very well be a little off.  Once we get times in the new system, the relays may reset.  Please be patient with us this week!  The league is testing the idea of swimmers swimming up for relays - but only exhibition relays.  There are many rules around it which I will be happy to share with anyone who has questions.  Tomorrow we have 3 13-14 boys not able to attend.  Brennan Mumford and Jackson Hoffman will be on the C 15-18 boys relay.  Swimmers swimming up cannot take the place of a swimmer in that age group.  So the boys cannot be on a B or A relay.  

The theme is Hawaiin.  

We have team caps for sale.  They are $5.  You can pay with cash or venmo Dan.  the caps are in the guard room if anyone wants to take the lead on caps tomorrow.  

Some suits came in and will be at practice tomorrow. 

As per usual, I am sure I forgot something and will send it out.
